As President of the company, Albert is involved with every aspect of his operation. He takes pride in providing personal attention to the details that make the operation run. With the continued philosophy to reinvest in technology and equipment, Paramount Automated Food Service has been able to provide a premier service to its customers.
Albert has always felt the need to give back to his fellow man and community. As a member of the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County he has served as President and now Chairman Ex officio. . He presently resides on the Board of Trustees at Nova Southeastern University. The Miniaci Family is very proud of its work with The Alfred and Rose Miniaci Foundation providing scholarships to deserving young people so that they may continue their education. |
